Procedural_Radar_Shader

This is a procedural radar shader, all condensed and organized into a node group. Parameters include:

• Controller to control scanner
• Speed of scanner swipe
• Background color
• Grid color
• "Blip" color
• Length of trail
• "Blip" density
• "Blip" fade time

All parameters are included in the image below.
